The Project EXPORT Center is a health disparities research and training center at Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science (CDU) and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). The Center is funded by The National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD). Now in the third cycle, it’s goal is to improve health and wellness in minority and medically under-served populations, particularly in Los Angeles County. It is composed of four cores working together to promote health disparities translational research as shown below.
